Easy daily workout!

Hello so I’m giving my daily workout! It’s ✨basic✨,easy✨,and gets your✨physical needs✨out of the way when your busy!

suggests maybe morning and before bed. Also you can do this workout during fast! If you do eat then workout two hours after eating you don’t want to feel sick! Also suggest if you are going to eat a higher calorie food that day add three times a workout! Don’t over do it! Also if it’s to hard start little by little it’s okay! We all have to start somewhere!

Workout: x2 daily~

  1. 100 sit-ups✨
  2. 10 push ups✨
  3. 100 jumping jacks✨
  4. Arm workout✨(1song as time limit so 3-5 mins depending on song! Also don’t drop your arms are start over again)
  5. 10 squats✨
  6. 10 lunges✨
  7. 100 sit-ups✨
