  • 7M Workout, short little seven minute workouts, good if you’re short on time or been restricting a lot!
  • 30 Day Fitness Challenge, I only use this for the 30 day arm exercise routine, pretty short sessions but still nice and effective when I do this after other longer workouts!
  • Buttocks Workout, a lil self explanatory, lmao.
  • CARROT, omfg the ultimate meanspo app. It’s a calorie counter that bullies the shit out of you for eating a lot. Your avatar even changes from a skeleton to a person to a fat person depending on what you log.
  • Dungeon Run, it’s soooo cute, it uses your front facing camera to track your movements, it’s like an exercise video game!
  • Fasting, just a timer for fasting.
  • Happy Scale, a weight tracker that is v accurate, it calculates your water weight and stuff!
  • Lose Weight in 30 Days, my go-to exercise app! Hella great short workouts and long workouts! I’m currently doing the 30 Day Full Body and the 30 Day Abs.
  • My Diet Coach, the ultimate thinspo calorie counter! You can upload thinspo pics and it gives you thinspo quotes!
  • My Fitness Pal, the OG ed calorie counter, lmao.
  • My Net Diary, a super great calorie counter that calculates how much weight you’re losing every day based on your intake!
  • Pinterest, Reddit, Tumblr, I use them all for thinspo and ana communities.
  • Six Pack, good little ab workouts!
