1/3 Oz walnuts- 61

1 cup sliced zucchini- 18

1 cup mushrooms- 16

2 tbsp nutritional yeast- 48

1 tsp miso- 11

Directions:

Cut the vegetables into small pieces and put into a food processor. Mix in the seasonings. Divide into four patties and dehydrate overnight.
