55 cal Smoothie Recipe!

(Serves 2)

 1/2 cup Silk Light Milk (30 cals)
1 Non-fat yogurt (Flavor of choice) (80 cals)
Splenda/0 cal sweetener (I use stevia)
Ice Cubes

        Put yoghurt, sweetener, ice cubes and silk milk in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Can add a couple strawberries or blueberries (I normally add frozen ones) for around 5 cal more:)
