Time needed: 5 minutes

Calories: 45 calories

What you need:

1 Tbsp flour

1 Tbsp sweetener

½ tsp
baking powder

½ tsp
cacao

1 tbsp
lowfat milk

How to:

Mix
everything together and place the mug in the microwave for 1 or 2
minutes.

You can
also add berries, cinnamon, vanilla extract, applesauce or banana if you like.
