⭐ you already ate.

⭐ you found a hair in your food. make a huge deak out of it and refuse to eat it.

“accidentally” drop your food on the ground so you can’t eat it.

⭐ you’re still full from your previous meal.

⭐ you forgot your lunch at home.

⭐ you ate at a friend’s / when you were out.

⭐ you’re no feeling well / you’re sick.

⭐ you forgot your money at home.

⭐ you only eat at set times during the day.

⭐ your doctor puts you on a special diet.

⭐ you have a doctor appointment later and was told not to eat beforehand.

⭐ you are trying to cut down on carbs.

⭐ you have your periods and the cramps are making you feel sick.
