So this is the workout ur gonna do daily for 1 week

Side plank twist
Planktwist
Plank reach
Oblique crunch
Russain twists ( I personally do it with weight )
Repeat! When u are on ur second lap switch sides on the side plank twist and oblique crunchπΈ
