i’ve decided to do a month-by-month series of posts on restricting to get a new body by 2019 (t-minus 94 days, as of september 29th). i’ll state this once again (because you guys never seem to listen) I AM NOT PRO ANYTHING. i DO NOT recommend doing this. this blog is a journal for my thoughts and to communicate with people who are struggling with something similar. 

month number one: spooky month 💀

note: weigh yourself at the beginning of the month and also the DAY BEFORE your cheat day to get accurate results on your progress. 

rules: 

– only one cheat day for the entire month (choose wisely, i recommend halloween and will list it as the cheat day in the plan) 

– fast until noon every day, unless told otherwise 

– meds and vitamins do not count towards your calorie intake 

– no soda, pop, or juice is allowed (unless it’s on your cheat day) 

– try to change up your caloric intake and what you eat every day 

– exercise 30 minutes a day (i recommend eating some protein before this to prevent either puking or passing out) 

– speaking of protein, have it be a good portion of whatever you eat

– try to get sugar only from fruits or natural products, nothing artificial 

– stay under 1000-1200 calories every day (unless it’s your cheat day) 

– if you feel like you’re going to pass out or puke, please eat and drink something immediately

– get 8hr of sleep every single night 

fun fact: your appetite increases by 15% when you get less than 6hr of sleep)

week one – let’s do this, push through!

days 1-3: fast until noon, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 800cals. 

days 4-6: fast until 2pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 600cals. 

day 7: fast until 1pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 1000 cals.

week two – cake will never taste as good as a size zero. ever.

days 1-2: fast until 3pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 500cals. 

day 3: fast until 4pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 700 cals. 

days 4-5: fast until noon, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 1000cals. 

days 6-7: fast until 1pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 800cals. 

week three – it takes three weeks to form a habit, almost there!

days 1-2: fast until 2pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 600cals. 

days 3-4: fast until noon, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 1000cals. 

day 5: fast until 5pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 500cals. 

days 6-7: fast until 3pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 600cals. 

week four – halloween is so close, don’t give up! you’ve got this. 

days 1-3: fast until 3pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 700cals. 

day 4: fast until noon, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 1000cals. 

days 5-6: fast until 4pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 500cals. 

day 7: fast until noon, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 600cals. 

the final three days – you’ve come so far, don’t lose sight of your goals!

day 1: fast until 5pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 500cals. 

day 2: fast until 6pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 600cals. 

day 3: it’s your cheat day, you’ve made it!!! don’t go over 2000cals, have fun!

I accidentally created the most soothing drink in the world after trying to recreate the hot honey drink in Ponyo! I guarantee it will remove all stress and troubles, I’ve had like 3 today because it makes me so happy

  3. Keep track of calories
  4. Sleep more
  5. Keep a list of safe foods and bad foods
  6. Use measuring tape more often than a scale
  7. Standing and Eating burns more calories
  8. Use small dark coloured plates
  9. Don’t take laxatives
  10. Keep Good Posture

  13. Weigh yourself once a day in the morning
  14. Tie a piece of string around your waist and another for what you want your waist size to be, keep it on your wrists or ankles like a bracelet
  15. Set Goals For Yourself

Hiding Your Ed

Medical

  1. Chew Gum- Eating Disorders Give you bad breath
  2. Invest in good shampoo and conditioner
  3. Keep your nails painted
  4. Your skin will become dry, so be sure to use a lot of lotion where needed and take multivitamins
  5. At a certain weight you will lose your period, don’t tell anyone and have a believable date in your head in
    case you go to a doctor

  6. Your body will start to cover itself in fine hairs, to get rid of them simply shave, wax or use hair removal
    cream
  7. Dehydration speeds up tooth decay, because you won’t have enough protective enzymes in your mouth to prevent the saliva from doing damage to your teeth. Don’t restrict liquids.
  8. Dress warmly enough to keep warm without making it obvious.

Excuses:

  1. Say that you don’t like that particular food.
  2. You have a sore throat. (use wisely)
  3. Just say that you don’t feel well
  4. Say that you forgot your lunch. Be sure to disopse of it earlier in the day though.
  5. I already ate
  6. I can’t eat that it looks disgusting
  7. I have to do homework

Etc:

  1. Don’t eat dinner, then come down later and pretend to make some food
  2. Hide your food in a bag, pockets, etc
  3. Wake up late to skip breakfast
  4. Give out all your food at lunch
  5. The more that you insist that you’re fat, the more likey people are going to become suspicious.
  6. Your body often mistakes thirst for hunger. 
  7. The artificial sweeteners like those in diet soda have been shown in studies to promote the body storing belly fat. And some have been linked to brain tumors. 

When You’re Hungry

Avoiding Food

  1. Take Heart Burn Pills When You’re Super Super Hungry
  2. Hit The Lower Part Of Your Stomach If It’s Growling
  3. Coffee and Tea are your best friends
  4. Keep food out of sight
  5. Have excuses ready
  6. Find activities and say you ate there
  7. Dispose of foods that tempt you
  8. Dispose of foods you have hidden
  9. Check the fridge when nobody else is around. Find foods that you would have eaten and get rid of them.
  10. When you go out, take very little money or only enough to buy whatever non-food item you plan on buying. This will make it harder to buy food on impulse.
  11. Strip off naked in front of a mirror and look at yourself
  12. Chew on some ice
  13. Your body burns about 8 calories per glass of ice water trying to get it up to a temperature in which it can be processed

When Eating

  1. Eat Peppermint, It’s An Appetite Curber. It Does Have Cals Tho.
  2. Drink a LOT of water
  3. Avoid Oil and Butter
  4. Eat Denser Food
  5. Think before you eat
  6. Don’t eat distracted
  7. Never eat anything bigger then a cup
  8. Set a time you cant eat past or before
  9. Never eat in secret
  10. Drink water before eating
  11. Spicy foods raise metabolism 
  12. Never eat anything bigger than a cup
  13. Don’t eat a lot at once
  14. Chew your food more
  15. Only eat around other people
  16. Only eat until you’re satisfied 
  17. Every Calorie Counts, remove ingredients from recipes when you can
  18. Eat Veggies first, then protein, and lastly carbs
  19. Avoid Dairy when possible
  20. Drink a shot of apple cider vinegar before eating
  21. Never eat out of a box or jar
  22. Always order sauces on the side
  23. Avoid condiments if you can
  24. Find Low Cal Foods Your Enjoy
  25. Blotting greasy foods like bacon and pizza with a napkin can save you about 100 calories.
  26. Use baby utensils to prevent overeating

Cravings:

  1. Have a shower
  2. Do some exercise
  3. Go To bed early
  4. Drink warm water – it fills you up
  5. Watch America’s Next Top Model
  6. Look at thinspo
  7. Read Meanpso/sweetspo
  8. Listen to Ana music
  9. Read some ana quotes
  10. Read a book about anorexia
  11. Watch an anorexia documentary or movie on youtube
  12. Visit pro ana websites
  13. Eat some hot sauce
  14. It takes about 20 minutes for your body to feel full from the time that you first put a bite of food into your mouth.

Exercising

  1. Break your exercise up into smaller 5-15 minute blocks. It’s easier to stomach that way.
  2. Quietly exercise
  3. Exercise when you wake up at night
  4. Exercise in the shower
  5. Exercise before/after using the bathroom
  6. Endurance exercises should be done more
  7. As soon as you wake up in the morning workout for at least 30min to an hour. Studies show that working out in the morning has been shown to burn up to 3 times as more fat as opposed to working out at any other time during the day. 
  8. Walk 10,000 steps a day & lose an extra 10 pounds a year
  9. Before beginning to do any type of exercise the first thing you should do is warm yourself up. 
  10. Practicing Yoga positions is also a very healthy habit and helps in burning the extra fat.

Imagine walking down the street or down a hallway and having your thighs breeze past each other without touching. It will be flirtatious, and in the spring all the wind and flowers will just float right through the gap in your thighs. The way you walk will be graceful. Like a delicate angel, a perfect nymph that glides instead of stomps.

Imagine in summer when the aqua waves lap around your waist and nearly knock you over. Your flat waist will be perfect for holding when your friends or family toss you easily into the air and then into the cool water. You’ll wear a bikini proudly, any bikini you want. You’ll feel more comfortable tanning like a goddess when your stomach doesn’t roll around without you doing anything.

Imagine when as Autumn sets in and you think of your crush wrapped in a blanket with you, watching a scary movie together. His hand reaches around you and he can actually touch your other shoulder. He won’t be disgusted with the flab hanging off your limbs like dead weight. And if you’re skinny enough, he may even kiss you.

Imagine being perfect even in winter. While everyone else looks like walking marshmallows in their coats and scarves you’ll still be as small and delicate as the snow falling onto your hair. You will be able to leave little to no footprint in the snow, and they will all see you as a light little bird gliding across the blizzard.

Being skinny isn’t just for pictures. It’s for living without chains that hold you back by the skin, preventing you from having joy in your life. It doesn’t matter when season it is, there is always something that will be better if you are skinny. So don’t give up. And lose that weight.
