-Set a large overall goal
We talked about setting small goals in the previous lesson, but make sure that those small goals lead to something! For example, if you are wanting to go on a trip to Korea, you’d need to be able to speak Korean to a certain level so make that your larger goal! But make sure not to get to overwhelmed by it!
-Have a daily to-do list
Having a daily to-do list can be very helpful since you can write down what you want to accomplish for the day! And make sure not to give yourself too much work! If not, try to give yourself a little less than what you think you can accomplish so that you don’t burn yourself out too quickly!
-Revise
No matter what you’re studying for, revising is critical. Once you go over a material, it’s really easy to forget it so make sure to leave a day for just revising every week! This will make sure that you don’t forget anything that you’ve learnt throughout the week! If you want, you can definitely have more than one day a week for revising but make sure to have at least one.

If any of y’all are wondering, here is what I’m going to eat over the summer holidays in preparation for college.
1 bowl of porridge (with stevia and cinnamon and vanilla)= 160 kcal
4 crukits with sirracha = 88 kcal
Broth = 0 kcal
200 ml pineapple juice in sparkling water – 100 kcal
350 kcal total!

Hey, guys, I’m back with a new recipe😋
This is a very thick and strong flavored soup. It’s reeeally filling!
🥕Ingredients:
• Water (350 mL )
• 3 potatoes, cooked (200 g)
• 3 carrots, cooked (200 g)
• 1 red pepper (40 g)
• Skimmed milk (100 mL )
• Salt
• Black pepper (since I like spicy)
• Cinnamon on top (ok, this is optional, but I love it!)
🍲 How to:
- Cook the potatoes and the carrots, then put them in a blender
- Pour the puree in a pan at high heat and add black pepper and salt
- Cut the red pepper and put it in the soup
- Pour the milk last

🍌Ingredients:
- Two egg whites (66 g)
- One whole banana (100 g)
- All-purpose flour (20 g)
- Butter (10g)
- Baking powder
- Vanilla extract
- Cinnamon (optional)
🍳How to:
- Beat the egg whites a little bit
- Smash the banana with the butter (put the cinnamon if you like)
- Put in the same bowl as the egg whites and add the flour
- Add the vanilla extract and then the baking powder
- Fry it on a prepared pan
- Choose any toppings! ♡
