iâve decided to do a month-by-month series of posts on restricting to get a new body by 2019 (t-minus 94 days, as of september 29th). iâll state this once again (because you guys never seem to listen) I AM NOT PRO ANYTHING. i DO NOT recommend doing this. this blog is a journal for my thoughts and to communicate with people who are struggling with something similar.Â
month number one: spooky month đ
note: weigh yourself at the beginning of the month and also the DAY BEFORE your cheat day to get accurate results on your progress.Â
rules:Â
– only one cheat day for the entire month (choose wisely, i recommend halloween and will list it as the cheat day in the plan)Â
– fast until noon every day, unless told otherwiseÂ
– meds and vitamins do not count towards your calorie intakeÂ
– no soda, pop, or juice is allowed (unless itâs on your cheat day)Â
– try to change up your caloric intake and what you eat every dayÂ
– exercise 30 minutes a day (i recommend eating some protein before this to prevent either puking or passing out)Â
– speaking of protein, have it be a good portion of whatever you eat
– try to get sugar only from fruits or natural products, nothing artificialÂ
– stay under 1000-1200 calories every day (unless itâs your cheat day)Â
– if you feel like youâre going to pass out or puke, please eat and drink something immediately
– get 8hr of sleep every single nightÂ
fun fact: your appetite increases by 15% when you get less than 6hr of sleep)

days 1-3: fast until noon, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 800cals.Â
days 4-6: fast until 2pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 600cals.Â
day 7: fast until 1pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 1000 cals.
week two – cake will never taste as good as a size zero. ever.
days 1-2: fast until 3pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 500cals.Â
day 3: fast until 4pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 700 cals.Â
days 4-5: fast until noon, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 1000cals.Â
days 6-7: fast until 1pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 800cals.Â
week three – it takes three weeks to form a habit, almost there!
days 1-2: fast until 2pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 600cals.Â
days 3-4: fast until noon, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 1000cals.Â
day 5: fast until 5pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 500cals.Â
days 6-7: fast until 3pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 600cals.Â
week four – halloween is so close, donât give up! youâve got this.Â
days 1-3: fast until 3pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 700cals.Â
day 4: fast until noon, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 1000cals.Â
days 5-6: fast until 4pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 500cals.Â
day 7: fast until noon, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 600cals.Â
the final three days – youâve come so far, donât lose sight of your goals!
day 1: fast until 5pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 500cals.Â
day 2: fast until 6pm, drink 64oz of water, and stay under 600cals.Â
day 3: itâs your cheat day, youâve made it!!! donât go over 2000cals, have fun!

Tie a piece of string around your waist and another for what you want your waist size to be, keep it on your wrists or ankles like a bracelet

Chew Gum- Eating Disorders Give you bad breath
Invest in good shampoo and conditioner
Keep your nails painted
Your skin will become dry, so be sure to use a lot of lotion where needed and take multivitamins
At a certain weight you will lose your period, donât tell anyone and have a believable date in your head in case you go to a doctor
Your body will start to cover itself in fine hairs, to get rid of them simply shave, wax or use hair removal cream
Dehydration speeds up tooth decay, because you wonât have enough protective enzymes in your mouth to prevent the saliva from doing damage to your teeth. Donât restrict liquids.
Dress warmly enough to keep warm without making it obvious.
Excuses:
Say that you donât like that particular food.
You have a sore throat. (use wisely)
Just say that you donât feel well
Say that you forgot your lunch. Be sure to disopse of it earlier in the day though.

I canât eat that it looks disgusting
I have to do homework
Etc:
Donât eat dinner, then come down later and pretend to make some food
Hide your food in a bag, pockets, etc
Wake up late to skip breakfast

The more that you insist that youâre fat, the more likey people are going to become suspicious.

Check the fridge when nobody else is around. Find foods that you would have eaten and get rid of them.
When you go out, take very little money or only enough to buy whatever non-food item you plan on buying. This will make it harder to buy food on impulse.
Strip off naked in front of a mirror and look at yourself

Your body burns about 8 calories per glass of ice water trying to get it up to a temperature in which it can be processed

It takes about 20 minutes for your body to feel full from the time that you first put a bite of food into your mouth.
Exercising
Break your exercise up into smaller 5-15 minute blocks. Itâs easier to stomach that way.
Quietly exercise
Exercise when you wake up at night
Exercise in the shower
Exercise before/after using the bathroom
Endurance exercises should be done more
As soon as you wake up in the morning workout for at least 30min to an hour. Studies show that working out in the morning has been shown to burn up to 3 times as more fat as opposed to working out at any other time during the day.Â
Walk 10,000 steps a day & lose an extra 10 pounds a year
Before beginning to do any type of exercise the first thing you should do is warm yourself up.Â
Practicing Yoga positions is also a very healthy habit and helps in burning the extra fat.

Imagine in summer when the aqua waves lap around your waist and nearly knock you over. Your flat waist will be perfect for holding when your friends or family toss you easily into the air and then into the cool water. Youâll wear a bikini proudly, any bikini you want. Youâll feel more comfortable tanning like a goddess when your stomach doesnât roll around without you doing anything.
Imagine when as Autumn sets in and you think of your crush wrapped in a blanket with you, watching a scary movie together. His hand reaches around you and he can actually touch your other shoulder. He wonât be disgusted with the flab hanging off your limbs like dead weight. And if youâre skinny enough, he may even kiss you.
Imagine being perfect even in winter. While everyone else looks like walking marshmallows in their coats and scarves youâll still be as small and delicate as the snow falling onto your hair. You will be able to leave little to no footprint in the snow, and they will all see you as a light little bird gliding across the blizzard.
Being skinny isnât just for pictures. Itâs for living without chains that hold you back by the skin, preventing you from having joy in your life. It doesnât matter when season it is, there is always something that will be better if you are skinny. So donât give up. And lose that weight.
