wannabe-alice3:

Dear Tumblr,

thank you, for once again, deleting my account. You didn’t just take away my account, but also my only outlet. My only way of talking about horrible things that were happening in my life, things I’m forbidden to talk about in my real life. You took away the work I put so much effort and time and love into. You took away the thing I called my hobby, the thing I was so proud of. The thing that made me feel useful and happy. The thing that I loved with all of my heart.

And why did you do that? Well, I don’t know, since you failed to even send me an E-mail. I wrote your support, multiple times over several days for other issues I had and not once did I recieve a reply.

I don’t know why my blog got deleted. I tried my best to be helpful, to set an example and work against the toxicity that the community I was in had. I tried my best to help people and fill their days with positivity. I tried my best to make them feel better, to make them healthier and to be there for them. After all, all I wanted was to help. I was against pro ana, I was always encouraging and trying to push people towards recovery. I tried my best.

I did not recieve a warning. I had no way whatsoever to explain myself or explain my side of things. Someone thought that, what I posted, was wrong, reported it, and there goes hours and countless sleepless nights worth of work and dedication. I truely loved my blog and my followers with all of my heart and I will continue to do so.

Dear Tumblr,

you will not get rid of me. You can delete me as often as you want. You can continue to let others do bad things to me. You can sit back and watch but I don’t care. I will come back, make new blogs and continue to help people and speak out against the pedophilia on this side. I will continue to fight and I will continue to brighten peoples day with just a bit of positivity.

You might make me cry, but you’ll never make me give up!

As for those who followed either wannabe-alice2 or alicesadviceblog, I am still here and will continue to post. You can follow this blog for recipes, I have a lot of christmas recipes planned for the future months, and you can follow @aliceadviceblog where I will continue to give advice to the best of my ability!

I truely hope that all of you have a better day/night! ♄

šŸ”„šŸ› Hot Baths šŸ›šŸ”„

Trigger Warning: Ed sensitive material

Cold baths are mentioned a lot when it comes to weight loss, but aren’t right for everyone. On the other side of the extreme, there are hot (HOT) baths. These are equally beneficial, and typically, more enjoyable. Here are some benefits of hot baths:

  1. Hot baths cause you to sweat, a LOT.
  2. Sweating cleans out your pores, and can help treat acne (wash your face after.)
  3. Sweating reduces water weight, making your weigh-ins more accurate.
  4. Hot baths make you feel more tired, and ready for bed. They are relaxing.
  5. Hot baths can cause you to lose up to 4+ pounds of water weight (bath must be hot enough to cause a lot of sweating to achieve this.)
  6. Your body burns calories trying to cool you down; the same way it tries to warm you up in cold baths.

How to make the perfect bath environment:

It sounds silly to have a how-to on making a bath, but in this case it’s somewhat necessary. Hot baths (for weight loss) can be prepared in less effective ways, and often are. Naturally, this can be due to a number of factors. If one is more comfortable, it’s totally fine to use it. Ignore this guide if you are prone to fainting, or just don’t like being overheated. Here’s my setup:

Bath is filled using only HOT water tap, about ¾ full.

One cup of Epsom salts are added, to increase loss in water weight (salt sucks it out of you.)

Towel placed on the floor of bathroom (you’re gonna want to take breaks from the heat, so climb out and lie on the cool floor whenever you need to.)

Small hand cloth drenched in cold water, to be placed on the back of neck (keeps your head clear, keeps you from dizziness!)

Phone/book near by, for entertainment.

Light candles if you like. I don’t, but some people enjoy this.

General guidelines:

Wait until bath is cool enough that it doesn’t burn your skin. It should be hot enough that you are slightly uncomfortable, but the heat is still bearable.

Do hot baths at night, bc they make you sleepy!

Don’t use more than a cup of Epsom salts, unless you have a large bath. Read instructions on package.

Stay in bath for at least one hour, to achieve maximum results. It isn’t necessary, but useful.

Don’t drink more than a few sips of water while in bath. You want a more accurate weigh in by the time you’re finished.

If you feel dizzy, put cold water cloth on back of neck (if you haven’t already.) if you still feel dizzy after a minute, add cold water to bath. Do NOT stand up until dizziness has passed!

This should go without saying, but if the heat is producing sharp tingles of pain, GTFO. Pink/reddish skin is normal, but pain is not. Be careful.

You’re gonna be sweaty, so wash yourself extra well before you get out.

Start adding cold water to bath about five to ten minutes before you get out.

After you weigh yourself, drink water, and go to sleep.

Afternote

Hot baths aren’t for everyone, so listen to your body. If you’re too uncomfortable, or feel dizzy (even w cold cloth) don’t push yourself! Stay safe!

So much better than cold baths and burn more calories!!! ♄♄

I have a variation of this every morning and it keeps me full for hours. The tofu thickens it nicely and has way less calories than banana or ice cream, plus lots of protein! It also tastes delicious and looks super nice on my insta story lol

  • 50g Frozen blueberries (27)
  • 40g Silken tofu (20)
  • ā…“ cup Unsweetened almond milk (10)
  • 2 Ice cubes (0)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend until smooth and thicc :)))
  2. Add water or almond milk if mixture is struggling to blend
  3. Pour into a shallow bowl and top with whatever you want (see below for my notes)
  4. Take a pic cos it’ll look fiiiiine (feel free to reblog this with your creations)

Notes: This is my basic recipe but I also love it with strawberries, dragonfruit, mango, cherries, etc. I also top it with extra berries, cacao nibs, frozen almond milk and coconut if i want to spice it up (this will change the calorie count)
