🍌banana pancakes! These are such a life saver, especially because of my huge sweet tooth and I hate purging. Ingredients:

-1 small banana (90 calories)

-1 egg (70 calories)

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract: optional (+12 calories)

-½ tbsp cocoa powder: optional (+5 calories)

This makes about 2 small-medium pancakes and will fill you up! (160 calories without cocoa powder and vanilla extract if ur to lazy to do math)

❄️Icey! This one is pretty obvious but not many people think about it. You can pretty much use any type of diet soda for this, I prefer diet coke.

Step 1: freeze diet soda ice cubes

Step 2: blend them in a blender or a snow cone machine

Step 3: put in a snow cone or a bowl

🍎cinnamon apples! Omg these are soo freaking good with a cup of green tea and ESPECIALLY amazing for after a fast over 24 hours. Ingredients:

-1 apple (95 calories)

-2 teaspoons cinnamon (12 calories)

-½ tbsp honey: optional (32 calories)

Put the ingredients in a container and shake shake shake!!!

🥒salted cucumbers! I literally love these sm for when im super hungry because of how filling they are. Ingredients:

🍯chia pudding! This could be sweet or savory, if you want it sweet I would reccomend Chef’s Quality Zero Calorie Sweetener because it doesn’t have that chemical kind of taste you usually get in zero calorie sweeteners, it tastes just like sugar.

-Âź cup chia seeds (160 calories)

-desired amount of water

-pinch of salt

This is definitely more calorie dense so if your having really bad fast symptoms, chia seeds have lots of fiber and will give you alot of energy.

🥦cauliflower mashed potatoes! I have not yet tried these but I’m definitely making this after my fast. Ingredients:

-1 medium head of cauliflower (140 calories)

-pinch of pepper (0 calories)

-1 tbsp cream cheese (30 calories)

-½ teaspoon minced garlic (3 calories)

-2 tablespoons almond/soy/coconut milk (almond milk: 30, soy milk: 16, coconut: 68)

Around 190 calories totoal…

First, cut the cauliflower into small pieces and cook in boiling water for about 6 minutes and then drain water. Blend the cauliflower, pepper, cream cheese, garlic, and butter. Serve!

Super low cal meals!!🌼

So I was super surprised to find out not many people know about these but these are super low calorie frozen meals!

They’re by heathly choice and they’re all under 400 calories. Most of them tend to stay under 300 tho! This parmesan chicken is 280 calories total and it was delicious!! I’m usually super picky about the frozen meals I eat with all the preservatives in them but the great thing about these is that they don’t have any preservatives!

My freezer is absolutely full of them and theres tons of different kinds. They even have vegitarian /vegan ones and power bowls for when you work out! And the best part?

They’re only $2.50!!

Yep! Even if you’re a broke college student you can still eat these! They’re way healthier than ramen and they fill you up faster. I typically fast throughout the day and then eat one of these and a little halotop ice cream and I’m full… And I’ve managed to stay under 500 cals!

(I’m not encouraging eating disorders I’m simply sharing things I’ve learned in my experience)

So I know how hard it is when you go out to eat with family/friends and you have to eat but you don’t wanna go over your calorie amount or maybe you are on a long road trip with friends/family and can’t get out of eating etc etc so here are some options! I will try to keep everything under 500 calories as with fast food its hard to find anything under 200 so sorry about that!! I understand that these are hard to eat but eating one of these items and thats it for the day is still a small amount and plus if you say you ate fast food earlier you can get out of almost any other meal!

MCDONALDS

1.fruit and maple oatmeal – 310 cals higher in cals but will give you more energy and nutrients than say a burger plus may make you feel less guilty!

2. fruit and yogurt parfait – 150 cals 

3. egg white McMuffin -280 the regular one is okay but egg whits are healthier and lower in calories and if you remove the cheese and ham its only 190 plus thats good if you have a no red meat rule! You can even ask for no butter. 

4. sausage burrito no cheese -250 cals make sure you ask for no cheese 

5. hash brown – 150 cals this is less of a good use of calories but if your picky like me these are super good 

6. hamburger with just ketchup – 240 cals and its 290 if you add cheese 

7. chicken nuggets 4 piece – 180 6 piece- 270 and a 10 piece is 440 thats on the high side but if you wanna avoid any suspicion eating one of those will do it and its still under 500!

8. artisan grilled chicken sandwich-  380 for the whole thing but you can make it 20 calories less If you remove the dressing 

9. McChicken sandwich with NO mayo – 300 mayo adds an extra 100 CALS its crazy remove mayo from anything you can 

10. filet o fish with no tartar sauce – 300 cals again no sauce removes almost 100 cals so keep that in mind

11. southwest grilled chicken salad NO cheese – 290 cals the cheese adds 60 cals and be careful with the dressing because its also worth 60 cals so the less the better 

12.  side salads are only 15 cals so that instead of fries as fries are all

all breakfast and bakery items (other than the chocolate chip cookie thats 570 cals) are under 500 but these are the best calorie and nutrition wise!!

bacon egg and cheese muffin – 310 remove the bacon and cheese I’m sure it will knock it down at least 100 cals but I can’t find specifics

fries are so high in calories just don’t bother get something more filling 

you can get black coffee anywhere for less than 1 calorie so thats a good drink option plus it suppresses appetite naturally 

Diet Coke and water  don’t drink anything else like milkshakes or regular soda eat your calories don’t drink them!!!! 

at a bar? 64 calories for a shot of vodka add that to a Diet Coke and you have a good drink. beer is super high in calories but lite beers can be as low as 55 cals depending on the brand! avoid wine as its over 100 cals for a glass. as I said eat calories don’t drink them the less alcohol the better!

avoid fried if you can, if you can get grilled meat instead get it 

you can remove the top bun even both and remove 100s of calories I learned that from the Adkins diet

Ingredients:

1 cup skimmed milk- 80 cals

1 tbsp sweet light cocoa- 60 cals

1 tbsp of cocoa dulce light -60cals

½ cup of skimmed milk – 40 cals

1 cup coffe – 4 cals

2 packets of splenda (or as desired)

Mix the milk with the cocoa and add to the coffee

Then add the splenda! ENJOY😍

170 Chocolate chia pudding

1 tbsp cocoa -60

1 tbsp of chia seeds- 70

½ cup of skimmed milk- 40

Make some milk and then add the cocoa, stir in the Chia seeds and let chill in the refrigerator over night! Enjoy!

Ingredients.

½ teaspoons baking powder. ( 0 cals )

2 teaspoons cocoa powder. (16 cals )

2 teaspoons Stevia. ( 0 cals )

3 teaspoons plain flour. ( 28 cals )

3 teaspoons almond milk. ( 30 cals )

Sift all dry ingredients together into a small Ramikin then add the almond milk and combine into a smooth mixture.

Place in the microwave on high for 1 minute, if it if is not cooked all the way through cook further in 30 second intervals

  • This is perfect paired with fresh or frozen fruit I love it with raspberrys.

✨60 cal smoothie bowl✨

I have a variation of this every morning and it keeps me full for hours. The tofu thickens it nicely and has way less calories than banana or ice cream, plus lots of protein! It also tastes delicious and looks super nice on my insta story lol

  • 50g Frozen blueberries (27)
  • 40g Silken tofu (20)
  • ⅓ cup Unsweetened almond milk (10)
  • 2 Ice cubes (0)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend until smooth and thicc :)))
  2. Add water or almond milk if mixture is struggling to blend
  3. Pour into a shallow bowl and top with whatever you want (see below for my notes)
  4. Take a pic cos it’ll look fiiiiine (feel free to reblog this with your creations)

Notes: This is my basic recipe but I also love it with strawberries, dragonfruit, mango, cherries, etc. I also top it with extra berries, cacao nibs, frozen almond milk and coconut if i want to spice it up (this will change the calorie count)

Hey, guys, I’m back with a new recipe😋

This is a very thick and strong flavored soup. It’s reeeally filling!

🥕Ingredients:

• Water (350 mL )

• 3 potatoes, cooked (200 g)

• 3 carrots, cooked (200 g)

• 1 red pepper (40 g)

• Skimmed milk (100 mL )

• Salt

• Black pepper (since I like spicy)

• Cinnamon on top (ok, this is optional, but I love it!)

🍲 How to:

  1. Cook the potatoes and the carrots, then put them in a blender
  2. Pour the puree in a pan at high heat and add black pepper and salt
  3. Cut the red pepper and put it in the soup
  4. Pour the milk last
