Can you post some ideas for a thinspo journal? I’m making one and it’s still in the works

Thinspo Journal Ideas:

• Have a pre-planned theme in mind, other than just ‘thinspo’. For example, if you love nature, make your journal nature-themed. You can always make a new journal, later, with a different theme and color palette

• Take inspiration from the “studyblr” style of bullet journaling

• Practice your calligraphy skills so that you can have pretty writing in your journal

• Try to make it look a decorative scrapbook, if that’s your thing

• Use brighter colors to decorate; excessive amounts of dark/dull colors will promote a gloomy and unimpressed/unmotivated mood in our brains

• Use polaroids pictures, from time to time

• Stickers can be your best friend, if they’re a good quality

• Use an ink pad and stamps to decorate, if you don’t know how to / don’t like to draw

• Try to make page completely different and unique, while also expressing yourself through the pages

• Make sure to write your SW, CW, GW & UGW

• Include before and after photos! Put the ‘before’ photo on the first page, and save the last page for when you hit your ugw. Its very motivating!

• If you want to make it artsy, invest in some good mildliners, calligraphy pens, ballpoint pens and fineliners

• Include pictures of some of your favorite thinspo models / actors / actresses / etc

• Write down the Instagram / social media of your favorite thinspirations, using a decorative wiring style

• Go on YouTube to learn different ways to write for bullet journaling, and then use your favorites in your thinspo journal

• From time to time, dedicate one page SOLELY to quotes that motivate you to lose weight and hit your goal weight (E.G. “Eat for the size that you want to be”)

• If you decide to draw in your journal, practice what you want to draw on a separate piece of paper, beforehand

• If you love the holidays, try making your next thinspo journal holiday-themed!

• Dedicate a page or two to low-cal and safe foods that you want to try, have tried, or are going to try. You can also decorate the pages with cute doodles of pretty foods!

• If you’re someone who likes to start up new journals every time you finish one, try making them themed according to the season! Include seasonal low-cal recipes, seasonal drawings and color palettes, seasonal thinsp photos, etc

• You can use a printer and print out your favorite thinspo photos

• You can find a lot of clearance DIY / decorating supplies at Hobby Lobby & Michaels
