⤷ remember that these tips are for me, and me only. i could not be held responsible if you decided to follow them as well, so please be careful. ⤶
⭐ microwave food around people then take it to your room and throw it away, everyone will think you eat all the time.
⭐ don’t suddenly wear baggy clothes to hide weight especially if this isn’t your usual style of clothing, layer clothing instead.
⭐ say you ate with a friend or when you were out.
⭐ press on your stomach when it grumbles. if people hear it, say you ate recently and it’s still digesting.
⭐ get rid of food in the fridge when no one is around so it looks like you’ve eaten.
⭐ say you are allergic to certain food or than you are vegetarian or vegan or that you only eat gluten free food.
⭐ eat a tiny piece of onion or a pinch of garlic powder so your breath will smell like you ate.
⭐ if you don’t have your periods anymore, make sure you still continue buying/asking for tampons/pads and just carry them with you in case a friend needs one.
⭐ if you’re at a party try to drink from opaque cups or beer cans, you can bring it with you to the bathroom, dump it and then refill it with water.
⭐ paint your nails so people don’t notice that they are starting to get discolored.
⭐ if you go down in dress size cut the size marks out.
⭐ take sun, you always look healthier when you’re tan.
⭐ before going to the doctor, drink tons of water, also load up your pockets with spare change or rolls of change. you can also sew quarters or other small weighted objects into your underwear or bra. if you’re deperate, you can wear ankle weights under your pants but if you’re discovered it’s a dead giveaway and probably not worth it.
⭐ talk / post on social media about fitness a lot so people will think you’re just thin from exercise and healthy

Your body will start to cover itself in fine hairs, to get rid of them simply shave, wax or use hair removal cream
Dehydration speeds up tooth decay, because you won’t have enough protective enzymes in your mouth to prevent the saliva from doing damage to your teeth. Don’t restrict liquids.
Dress warmly enough to keep warm without making it obvious.
Excuses:
Say that you don’t like that particular food.
You have a sore throat. (use wisely)
Just say that you don’t feel well
Say that you forgot your lunch. Be sure to disopse of it earlier in the day though.

The more that you insist that you’re fat, the more likey people are going to become suspicious.
Your body often mistakes thirst for hunger.
The artificial sweeteners like those in diet soda have been shown in studies to promote the body storing belly fat. And some have been linked to brain tumors.

It takes about 20 minutes for your body to feel full from the time that you first put a bite of food into your mouth.
Exercising
Break your exercise up into smaller 5-15 minute blocks. It’s easier to stomach that way.

Endurance exercises should be done more
As soon as you wake up in the morning workout for at least 30min to an hour. Studies show that working out in the morning has been shown to burn up to 3 times as more fat as opposed to working out at any other time during the day.
Walk 10,000 steps a day & lose an extra 10 pounds a year
Before beginning to do any type of exercise the first thing you should do is warm yourself up.
Practicing Yoga positions is also a very healthy habit and helps in burning the extra fat.

• the carbonation in diet soda (0cal) helps suppress your appetite (but make sure to drink plenty of water, tea, and coffee as well!)
• if you need a snack, eating celery, grapefruit, lemons, limes, apples, lettuce, and broccoli can burn over half the calories they’re worth !!
• some things you can do instead of eating: read an interesting book, go on tumblr, watch a scary movie, take a hot bath, take a nap, learn a new language, reorganize your room, go outside, hang out with a friend or s/o, ride a bike somewhere you’ve never been before, make a bullet journal, watch funny youtube videos, dye your hair, do homework, design a tattoo on your body with sharpie, write a story, etc.
• make a wishlist of skinny clothes you can buy as soon as you lose enough weight – ex. oversized sweaters, thigh high stockings, high waisted shorts/jeans, sundresses, crop tops, a new swimsuit, new bras/bralettes, etc. make sure to look at it daily for motivation !!
• always politely decline food offered to you if you don’t know how many calories it has !! don’t let other people be in control of your weight loss journey !
• make a thinspo lock and home screen !!
• mint suppresses your appetite – whenever you feel hungry, grab a piece of mint gum !! chewing it burns the calories it’s worth as well !
• color can affect your appetite ! eating off darker plates makes you less hungry, and the color blue can do the same thing (you could paint your nails blue or have a blue water bottle with you !)
• wear a rubber band / hair tie on your wrist and snap it whenever you’re hungry so your body associates hunger with that same pain !
• most importantly: be safe. this is not a list of life hacks for someone who wants to develop an eating disorder. this is a list for people who are already trapped inside one and want to lose weight in a safer way. if you need someone to talk to, message me anytime.

(Guys these actually happen. Ever since I lost weight people are so much nicer to me like its annoying but it’s the truth)
003. Avoid greasy and sugary food; they’re very easy to overeat
004. Avoid eating anything “enriched” or “bleached”
005. Avoid refined flour; it makes you hold onto to stomach fat and bloat up
006. Gum makes you bloated and wreaks havoc your digestive system
007. Find an exercise (or several) that you genuinely enjoy, and stick to doing those
008. If you don’t enjoy a certain exercise, don’t force yourself to do it. You’ll get burnt out and want to stop exercising entirely
009. Diet soda makes you bloated and is worse for you than regular soda
010. Replace your dairy based milk with plant based milk (like almond milk); it has way less calories, and way more calcium
011. Take the stairs instead of the elevator
012. If you have kids, go outside and play them instead of watching them play on the floor
013. Jumping on the trampoline is a fun exercise that burns a lot of calories

055. Green tea is an appetite suppressant that also burns calories
056. Green tea burns calories, but Oolong tea burns even more calories
057. I think that we all know that coffee is an appetite suppressant; it works even better if you hate the taste. Nobody wants sweets after drinking bitter bean juice
058. Never add milk to your tea. It eliminates the weight loss benefits / properties, and has the opposite effect of unsweetened tea
059. Avoid drinking fruit juice. It may sound healthy, but it isn’t. It has no fiber at all and is loaded with sugar. If you want juice, either make your own at home using veggies and fruits, or eat a whole piece of fruit
060. Weight loss pills are a scam and a waste of money. They don’t actually work, and no one pill will ever make up for a bad diet
061. Don’t waste your money on “weight loss tea”. Tea naturally helps you burn fat and boosts your metabolism. That’s just a scam to make you waste extra money.
062. When you order food at a restaurant, ask for a to-go box before your meal. When your meal arrives, put half of it in the to-go box and save it for another meal
063. Instead of ordering fries or another unhealthy food as a side dish or appetizer, order mixed fruit or veggies, or a side salad
064. If you don’t want to drink plain water all of the time, infuse your water with fruits, spices, herbs and vegetables
065. Always eat the peelings of your veggies and fruits. They contain the most fiber.
066. Adding lemon or lime juice to your water and tea adds flavor for 0 cals
067. Weight lifting won’t make you bulky (if you’re a girl). It will, however, make you burn more calories than cardio, make you replace fat with lean muscle, and make you burn more calories while resting / doing nothing.
068. Oh, and weight lifting is especially important if you’re severely overweight. Skip the intense cardio until you’re such smaller / a healthier weight. Cardio will leave you with lots of baggy skin, but weight training will help tighten that skin.
069. Eat more oatmeal / porridge. It has 150 calories per ½ cup (uncooked) and contains fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. It also helps you to feel fuller for longer, which will make you eat less throughout the day
070. Drinking apple coder vinegar in your water helps you to burn more calories
071. Air popped popcorn is a very low calorie snack that’s healthy and full of fiber
072. Eat more beans and legumes for healthier, plant based protein and fiber
073. Cauliflower rice is an excellent healthy, low calorie replacement for rice and potatoes
074. Seaweed is another healthy, plant based, low calorie snacks
075. Avoid eating dried fruits. They are packed with sugar and calories, and are extremely easy to overate. Opt for whole fruits instead.
076. If you really want something crispy to munch, try freeze dried fruit. It has the texture of a chip, and the flavor of a sweet treat!
077. Weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Squats and pizza won’t work as well as vegetables and walking.
078. If you eat eggs and poultry, try adding spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and bell pepper to your scrambled eggs or omelette
079. Gluten isn’t bad for you unless you have an allergy or intolerance, but it can sometimes make you hold onto that last tiny bit of belly fat. If you’re already almost at your goal weight (within 10-20lbs), try cutting out bread / pasta / etc to shed those last few lbs
080. Be aware of how much you’re eating. Its easy to over or underestimate your calories, so try tracking them for 2-4 weeks, just so you can become more aware of the foods that you’re eating when you don’t count, and so that you can become better at estimating
081. Eat on a small, blue plate. Our brains are naturally turned off by the color when we eat, so this will help you to eat less overall food.
082. Speaking of small plates, its also helpful to use a small plate to trick your brain into feeling full. You could eat the same amount of food on a bigger plate, but still feel hungry be because your eyes send a message to your brain that the plate isn’t filled up. Switch to a smaller plate to trick your mind into thinking you’re eating more than you actually are.
083. It takes 20 full minutes for your stomach to realize that its full, so eat SLOWLY
084. Chew your bites thoroughly. 50-60 chews per bite is ideal, but 40 is good, too.
085. If you get tempted by restaurant food, avoid eating out with friends until you can gain better control of yourself
086. YouTube has tons of healthy recipes and easy workouts
087. Negative calorie foods don’t exist. No matter what anybody tells you, food just doesn’t work that way. Not even celery.
088. Eat your fruit / carbs last. Eating them first makes you absorb more calories from your foods. Try starting the meal with healthy fats.
089. Oil is not good for you. Not even olive oil. Oil is essentially liquid calories and fat that have been stripped of all vitamins, minerals, and nutritional value. Eat fats in their whole form, like olives instead of olive oil, coconut instead of coconut oil, etc.
090. Premake / meal prep your food in order to stay on better track with your eating and snacking
091. If you want to take up exercising, try getting a gym buddy to workout with you. This can be really motivating for some people.
092. If you’re like me and you go into “leave me alone” beast mode while working out, try working out by yourself for better results
093. Back to workout advice, keep your headphones in with some of your favorite music playing. Upbeat music or music that makes you feel powerful is ideal. Create your “bada$$ boss b!tch” playlist beforehand, for best results
094. If you’re nervous about going to the gym, workout at home. YouTube some has great workouts for at home space!
095. Nut butter is a great snack, but if you love it as much as I do, you know that it is very easy to overeat. Try measuring your nut/seed butter when you eat it
096. In fact, if you don’t want to track calories, measure all of your portions, just so you have an idea of how much you’re eating
097. Never eat whilst standing up or doing other things. Turn off your phone, your TV, and any other distractions, then sit down and eat your food. Eating while distracted is a huge factor in overeating.
098. Drink 2 big glasses of water at least 10 minutes before you eat. Drinking water before a meal or snack helps you to digest your food better and make you want to eat less
099. Practice self control by saying “no” to junk food half of the time, or you can start by only saying “yes” once a week
I NEVER binge!! I bet you wanna know why. Okay so I eat 3 meals a day. BUT BEFORE YOU SCROLL AWAY!!! I usually eat about 800-500 cals a day while still eating 3 meals a day. And they are still full sized meals! My tips so you can never binge as well:
1. Get rid of all your junk food in the house. NO EXCEPTIONS! GET RID OF ALL OF IT!
2. Get healthy snack alternatives. My favorites are
– skinny pop popcorn (3 ¾ cups=150 cals)
– delightful bread (45 calories a slice)
– rice cakes! You can get the flavored ones that taste like candy! (Anywhere from 35 cals to 50 cals)
3. My salad recipe is a full bowl for 93 calories. Here’s what’s in it:
Lettuce- 8 cals (one cup, Romaine)
Cauliflower- 10 cals (half of 1/3 cup)
Celery- 6 cals (one stick)
Green beans- 13 cals (half of 1/3 cup)
Cucumber- 16 cals (one cup)
Dressing- 40 cals (one tbsp of kens steak house lite raspberry walnut vinaigrette) ((ITS SO GOOD!!))
4. Cauliflower rice! Basically you grate cauliflower, steam it, and put a little bit of butter in it and BAM great substitute for rice! It’s 25 cals a cup I believe
5. I drink 3 cups of green tea a day (one before each meal)
6. If you’re craving something sweet, take the bread a mentioned earlier, make it into toast, and put a little honey on it! Super sweet and filling! (No more than 1 tbsp tho)
7. If you eat three meals a day you won’t be hungry! And with plenty of low cal fruit like blackberries or strawberries you’re cravings won’t get the best of you either!

1. Always eat breakfast. Studies prove that those who eat breakfast tend to make better food choices later in the day. You don’t want to skip off a breakfast of 100 calories for a 500 calorie slice of cake at desert. Besides, breakfast gets your metabolism revved up for the day ahead.
2. If you drink a lot of water on an empty stomach it just makes you gassy. Never fun. Small sips throughout the day is better. You’ll also have to pee a lot.
3. If you have things you shouldn’t (think diet pills, tape measures, thinspo, bag of spat out food, etc.) make sure you hide it. Leaving it below the bed or in your undies drawer is a surefire way to get those things found.
4. Overuse of laxitives and/or diuretics are bad for your body. Over time, abuse of laxitives and diuretics cause incontinence, and embarassment for you. And if you overuse laxitives, when you stop, your body won’t be able to have a proper bowel movement. Use them only on an as-needed basis, as defined by ‘normal’ people. As in, only when constipated.
5. If you sleep less than 6 hours a day, your metabolism goes down between 10-20% depending on the person. And your body produces more of the hormone that makes you feel hungry. So even though you can burn more calories by staying up all night on the exercise bike, opt for the sleep instead if you don’t want to overindulge the next day.
6. Don’t deprive yourself of anything. That just leads to bingeing. If you want chocolate cake, have it, even if it’s on your list of ‘bad foods’. BUT, only have a few small bites. That way, you can enjoy what you want without ruining your diet.
7. Smaller meals throughout the day help keep your metabolism up, burning more calories.
8. Your body burns about 8 calories per glass of ice water trying to get it up to a temperature in which it can be processed. That’s 64 calories a day, translating to about 6 or 7 more pounds burned off in a year. Make ice your new best friend.
9. Fiber keeps you fuller longer, and helps keep your digestive system in good shape, thus reducing the need for all those laxitives.
10. Smaller dishes make it seem like you eat more. You often times eat by eyesight, not by stomach fullness. Studies have shown that in 2 groups, with the same amount of food, but one group using large plates and the other small plates, the group with the small plates reported feeling fuller.
11.Horizontal stripes and light denims make you look larger. Avoid them like the plague (Or maybe not)
12. Purging too hard can rupture your esophagus. You might die alone and in pain hunched over your toilet. Just saying.
13. If you’re having a food craving, and smoke, light up and the craving goes away. However, in a short time, that craving will return with a vengeance.
14. If you have a large binge, then your stomach expands massively, and the pressure kills off blood cells. Over time, this leads to a severely damaged stomach that may rupture. Once again, just like a ruptured esophagus, this could lead to you dying in pain.
15. The negative calorie foods actually only burn about 10% of whatever they put into you. A stick of celery at about 2 cal will only burn off 0.2 cal.
16. Purging doesn’t get rid of all of the calories. You still have about 1/3 or 2/3 of those calories left in you, depending on how soon after you eat you decide to purge.
17. If you wait more than an hour to purge, then there’s no point in doing it. Even if food comes back up, your body will have already absorbed all those calories.
18. Your body doesn’t register the calories from liquid the same way as it does calories from food. Your stomach won’t send the same ‘stop eating’ signals to your brain like with food.
19. A good substitute for soda is ICE Sparkling Water. It has pretty good flavor, small amounts of B Vitamins, and green tea extract, all for 0 calories.
20. Prolonged fasting/starvation messes up your metabolism.
21. Take a multivitamin every day. Yes, even if it has 5 calories.
22. If your body hits a plateu, a ‘binge’ helps. It makes your body think that you’ve stopped starving yourself. In fact, make it a goal that you have a day a week in which you eat at least 1000 calories if you want your metabolism to work properly (meaning it actually keeps burning calories and digesting food).
23. Blotting greasy foods like bacon and pizza with a napkin can save you about 100 calories.
24. Whole-grains have fiber and make you fuller longer.
25. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
26. Alcohol is calorie dense. Say goodbye to going out drinking with friends unless you plan to be the designated driver.
27. If you chew and spit it out, you’re doing just as much damage to your teeth as vomiting, maybe even more, because saliva has acid like that in your stomach, that starts digestion.

30. When your periods stop, osteoporosis sets in. You could be a 12 year old girl with the bones of an 80 year old woman. Sometimes, your bones never regain the proper density. You’ll become prone to stress fractures and breaking bones. Calcium supplements are gold right here. Buy the ones for elderly people with osteoporosis if you can.
31. Brushing your teeth right after purging causes the enamel to wear off, making your teeth decay faster. Chewing gum or mints releases saliva, doing the same.
32. Drinking a lot of water can make it seem that you weigh more, which can help when visiting the doctor. If a lot of liquid is consumed in a short period of time, you might cause yourself brain damage, swelling of the brain, water logging of the brain… So be careful about waterlogging.
33. Dehydration speeds up tooth decay, because you won’t have enough protective enzymes in your mouth to prevent the saliva from doing damage to your teeth. Don’t restrict liquids.

92. Take food in a bowl from the kitchen, eat some of it at the dining room table, then act like you’re going back for more. Dump most of the food back into the pot, and leave only a few bites behind. Go back and eat those at the table.

94. When you cook, just the act of seeing so much food and smelling it is often enough to fill you up.
95. Remember that if you eat too much you’ll become fat. They don’t make cute clothes for fat people.

97. Black pepper makes your heart rate go up in case they think your blood pressure is too low. Be careful about the difference between sitting BP and standing BP though.
98. Get yourself a pair of jeans that are at a size or two smaller than what you are. Make it your goal to get into them. Even if the size that’s smaller than you is in the kids sizes.
99. Improper diet often leads to insomnia. Take up a hobby for when you’re unable to sleep, or when you’re craving.
100. Better yet, get sleeping pills.
